I'm raising my first dog, Cocker Spaniel Dora, as naturally
as I live my own life. She is fed a raw diet and we avoid chemicals in the
products we use.
I give Dora filtered water to drink, but can I give her
bottled mineral water? I mentioned it to my mother, and she seemed to think it
wasn't good for dogs.

It should be fine for your dog to drink bottled water, however, it might end up being quite expensive!
