I am hoping to go on holiday next year with my three year old Sheltie. I have not been on holiday for over 15 years. As I don't have my own means of transport and am not currently in receipt of any income I am looking for fairly cheap travel and accommodation in either Paignton or Scotland and wondered he you could give me some advice.
